Bravo proudly took part in the New Mama Holiday Expo 2025, last December 5-7, 2025 hosted by Edamama at SMX Convention Center, and it quickly became one of the event’s biggest highlights. Over the course of the expo, Bravo’s booth drew crowds, with meals selling out and families lining up to experience something truly special.
While the demand for Bravo’s meals was undeniable, the true star of the weekend was the hands-on pizza and pasta-making class, personally hosted by Bravo’s CEO and Founder, Isabel Calvo. Designed for both kids and adults, the class offered participants a fun, interactive introduction to Italian cooking, making the experience as memorable as it was delicious.
All class slots were fully booked for two consecutive days, with Bravo catering to over 30 students throughout the expo. Participants learned how to prepare pizza and pasta from scratch, choosing their own flavors and toppings along the way. By the end of each session, the students confidently handled their creations earning praise for quickly turning into little (and not-so-little) pros in the kitchen.
To make the experience even more special, each participant received Bravo caps and aprons to take home, along with the meals they proudly prepared themselves. The joy on their faces, combined with the positive feedback from parents and attendees, reflected just how impactful the experience was.
Bravo’s participation at the New Mama Holiday Expo 2025 showcased more than just great food; it highlighted the brand’s passion for community, education, and creating meaningful moments around the table.
